MINDSET COACH - BEHAVIOUR - APPLIED NEUROSCEINCE

I'm Tina, a qualified Mindset Coach, currently studying Applied Neuroscience at Kings College London. My approach combines coaching with an understanding of human behaviour and how our beliefs and learned patterns shape the choices we make- helping you see what may be getting in the way of what your really want.

the life you want starts with

BEING HONEST ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT

What's MY STORY?

THE LIFE I THOUGHT I SHOULD WANT

I grew up in a traditional British Asian family where there was a clear idea of what a successful life looked like. Work hard. Make sensible choices. Build a career. Get married. Have a family. And I did. I built a successful career in the family business, becoming Marketing Director of a hospitality group. I got married, became a mum and created a life I was genuinely grateful for. Nothing was wrong. But not everything had been consciously chosen. Over time, I became increasingly interested in beliefs and expectations that shape us - the ones we inherit from family, culture, experience and environments we grow up in. The invisible rules about who we should be, what success should look like and what we're allowed to want. I started questioning some of my own. That eventually led me to train as a Mindset Coach and deepen my understanding of human behaviour through my postgraduate study of Applied Neuroscience at King's College London. What I discovered was that changing your life isn't necessarily about walking away from everything you've built. Often, it's about becoming conscious of why you've made the choices you've made - and deciding whether you'd still choose them today. That's the work I now do with my clients. I give successful, capable people a space where they can put aside who they're supposed to be, be completely honest about what they want, and explore what might be getting in the way. Because the goal isn't to create a completely different life. It's to know that the life you're living is one you're choosing.

QUALIFIED TO

SUPPORT YOU

My coaching is grounded in professional training, real-world experience and an ongoing study of how people think, behave and change. Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade working at senior level in the hospitality industry, including as a Marketing Director. I understand the pressures that come with responsibility, decision - making, career and balancing the different parts of a busy life.

COMMITTED  TO GROWTH & EXCELLENCE

I'm a qualified Level 4 Life and Mindset Coach, accredited through ACCPH, and I'm currently studying Applied Neuroscience at King's College London. This deeper understanding of the brain, behaviour and learned patterns informs how I coach - helping us explore not only what you want, but what may be getting in the way.
